Struggling to find wax products that were easy for the waxer to use, but more importantly, that the clients found comfortable and gentle on the skin, Kim went on a mission to create her own waxes.  This resulted in a wonderful relationship with her wax developers who worked tirelessly and patiently for two years, tweaking Kim's waxes until they were just perfect.
