Why is it such great value?
I’m aware that its true value is much higher, but it’s my way of giving back and saying thank you for the wonderful life that waxing has given me. Waxing really did change my life and I want it to change yours too.

Will I have access as soon as I enrol?

Can I get a refund if I decide that the Masterclass isn’t for me?
No. Once you’ve opened the course, there’s no refund.

Do I have to take the exam?
No! You only have to take the exam if you're not already accredited for insurance purposes. Our course is accredited by ABT, Associated Beauty Therapists.  

When do I pay the £50?
ONLY once you’re ready to take your exam (within one year of enrolling or sooner if you feel ready).

Do I have to learn how to wax men and women?
No. If you only want to learn to wax one or the other, just don’t watch the videos.

How is the Masterclass presented?
There are videos, audios, written modules and step-by-step guide. You can download the written classes, but you can’t download the videos as they’re hosted online.

Is there a LIVE element to it?
No. The entire Masterclass is pre-recorded and online, so you can work on it at any time and at your own pace.

Can I get a group discount if there’s more that one of us that wants to do the Masterclass?
Afraid not. I value my training and once you master my technique for Intimate Waxing, you should make the course fee back in a half a day. Bargain of the century!

Can I share my log in with someone else so that they can learn for free?
No. We have software to track log ins and IP addresses. Please study our T&Cs before enrolling.

Can I enrol if I teach waxing or intend to do so in the future?
No. Please study our T&Cs before enrolling.

Is this course suitable for absolute beginners who’ve never picked up a spatula before?
Absolutely yes! In fact, the less you know about waxing, the easier you’ll pick it up.

How long do I have to complete the Masterclass?
You will have access to the Masterclass for one year (365 days).

What type of device do I need?
Nothing special.  It's accessible on Desktop, tablet, or mobile.

Are there subtitles to help the hearing impaired, or if I want to watch it with the volume off?
Yes. All videos have the option to turn on or off the  English subtitles.

Is a kit included?
No. I’m not a fan of kits as I’d prefer you to spend your money on only what you really need. I give you a detailed list of things to buy in the course. I don’t receive any discount or commission for recommending them.

Do I need to buy anything before I start the course?
No. Wait until you start.

Can I contact you for advice if there’s something that I don’t understand?
Of course! Email us your questions, but make sure to study the course first as it’s very in-depth and the answers are there.

Questions About The Exam

How long do I have to take my exam?
Within 365 days from enrolment on the Masterclass, but you can take it as soon as you feel ready.

Do I need special equipment to film the video?
No. Just film it on your phone and if it’s easier you can have a friend film it for you. No special equipment needed.

What do I need for my exam?
We’ll give you full details at the time.  Don't worry, there are no shocks or unexpected requirements.  We’ll be looking for safety, hygiene, good technique and common sense.  

What if I fail the exam?
Don’t stress!  If we feel that you need to improve before we give you a PASS, you'll get detailed feedback and you can send in one more video exam free of charge.
